These were purchased for a restaurant chain customer to use as prefilters with their RO water system. We lost the business so they were never used. This cartridge can work as a prefilter in most Everpure/Pentair systems where you need to eliminate chlorine taste and odor - for example on an ice machine or coffee/beverage station using city water.

This Everpure EV9607-41 6TO-BW water filter cartridge is a perfect replacement for an old one and helps to ensure that your facility's water is fine-tuned to meet your specific needs! This filter is designed to work as a prefilter on select Everpure reverse osmosis (RO) systems, to reduce chlorine / chloramine taste and odor in your water supply using granular activated carbon. This is especially important on RO membranes which are sensitive to chlorine. The flow rate is 1.5 gpm. It has a capacity of 24,000 gallons, a 10 - 125 psi pressure rating, and an operating temperature range of 35 - 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
